My Creative Time Throwback Challenge

Hi Pink Pals

If you are looking for a great way to keep using those older cartridges then you should head over to and visit Ms. Emma, every Thursday she post a new challenge and this week it was to use your Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge. The creations was to be a 3-D item for this weeks challenge, so I put my gypsy to work and created a paper lantern.  I started with my base size that was 8 1/2 X 11 square and then I placed the ghost all around the square, and cut out with my cricut, this will give you the negitive base for the lanternI then cut a sheet of vellum to apply to the back for filling in the ghost, roll it up and add your adhisive to secure. I made all my other cuts to add on the outside base and did my details using chalks, puff inks, and pop dots. I really love this because it is very safe, use a battery operated candle and no worry I would love to show some pictures with the candle light but they just don't come out very well not enough light. So I hope you enjoy and thank you for coming by, please visit again.
